ClicksNAds does not tolerate SPAM. Members who use SPAM to promote this site will have their account permanently deleted, with complete loss of their downline.

ClicksNAds does NOT take responsibility for content displayed on sites not hosted by us. Our hit exchange is a page rotation service, not a content-screening service.

All member sites must be suitable for viewing by ALL audiences. No pornography, hate, or illegal sites may participate.

Members agree to use this program at their own risk since hackers may occasionally submit offensive sites. Members who sneak these type of websites into the program will have their account terminated immediately, with loss of their credits and downline. Nonetheless, members who participate agree to accept full responsibility for their compliance with their local, national, and international laws. Our Hit Exchange is a page rotation service, and DOES NOT guarantee or imply that member sites comply with our terms or local, regional, national, or international laws.

Artificial inflation of hits is strictly disallowed.

Inactive accounts may be deleted after 180 days.

All accounts must supply a valid email address.

These terms are subject to change at any time, and retroactively enforcable, at the sole discretion of ClicksNAds. Any disputes between members and
ClicksNAds will be resolved at the discretion of ClicksNAds.
ClicksNAds reserves full international rights to resolve disputes in a fashion ClicksNAds believes is fair and suitable. We will strive at all times to be fair to all members, in a manner that gives maximum benefit to the entire membership.

Repeated violations of any and all of the terms above can result in account deletion with loss of all advertising credits and cash commissions.

Payment Details

Free members earn 10% commissions (payable via PayPal at $10.00 minimum payout) on all first level referrals' upgrades and other purchases.

Upgraded members earn 25% commissions (also payable via PayPal at $5.00 minimum payout) on all first level referrals' upgrades and commissions.
